Assist with case strategy and preparation, conducting legal research using Westlaw, LexisNexis, and PACER Ensure accuracy and precision by conducting cite-checking, Bluebooking, and proofreading briefs, complaints, and other documents Manage deadlines and case materials, including exhibits and court filings Independently manage assigned cases Assist in retrieving production documents and rules/regulations Prepare for depositions by preparing exhibits, scheduling, booking, and coordinating with outside counsel and vendors Perform electronic filings with the court We are seeking candidates with 4+ years of complex litigation experience in a law firm setting. Proven expertise in Bluebook citation formatting and Federal court filing is required for consideration. Interested candidates with sharp analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
