Alley Pond Golf Center is in the final stage of construction and preparing for opening. We are hiring a bilingual (Chinese/English) site assistant to support day-to-day coordination, admin tasks, and on-site execution.
This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and practical — ideal for someone reliable, organized, and willing to help wherever needed.
Key Responsibilities
- On-Site Support
- Be present on-site to assist with daily tasks during construction and setup
- Help coordinate deliveries, vendors, and basic logistics
- Take photos/videos of site progress and report updates
- Coordination & Communication
- Assist with communication between Chinese-speaking and English-speaking teams
- Follow up with vendors, contractors, and staff on simple tasks
- Help track to-do lists and ensure items are completed
- Admin & Reimbursement
- Collect receipts, track expenses, and assist with reimbursements
- Organize invoices and basic records for accounting
- Input simple data into spreadsheets
- Setup & Opening Prep
- Help with organizing equipment, supplies, and workspace setup
- Assist with testing systems (check-in, booking, etc.)
- Support staff onboarding and training logistics
- General Support
- Handle errands, basic purchasing, and ad hoc requests
- Assist leadership team with day-to-day needs
- Jump in wherever needed to keep things moving
Overtime available during peak setup period
Flexible schedule, but must be available on-site
