Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and experienced HVAC Technician to join our service team. This position is ideal for a technician with hands-on experience servicing HVAC systems who can handle residential and commercial service calls, including emergency repairs. Responsibilities • Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC systems, • Respond to scheduled and emergency service calls in a timely and professional manner, • Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and basic system repairs, • Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals, • Use standard diagnostic tools to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, • Perform minor plumbing-related repairs associated with HVAC systems, • Assist with equipment replacements or upgrades as assigned, • Accurately document service work, repairs, and recommendations, • Follow all safety procedures and company service standards, • 2–5 years of HVAC service experience preferred, • Strong working knowledge of residential and light commercial HVAC systems, • Ability to troubleshoot common electrical, mechanical, and airflow issues, • Experience reading wiring diagrams and basic schematics, • Familiarity with refrigeration fundamentals and HVAC components, • Basic plumbing knowledge related to HVAC systems, • Must speak English, • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record, • EPA certification, • Experience with boilers or light refrigeration, • Steady residential and commercial service work, • Emergency service opportunities with support, • Opportunity for long-term growth, • Supportive team and professional work environment
