Qualifications & Experiences: · Higher education or technical diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Maintenance, or a related field. · 5+ years of experience in site supervision or field service within large industrial or construction environments. · Proven expertise in contractor management, QHSE compliance, and team leadership. · Comfortable working in a matrix organization.
