The Butler Cafe has a total of 3 locations: 350 Warren Street (Inside CoolVines Powerhouse) 276 Grove Street (Coffee Cart, outside CoolVines Grove) 12 Coles Street (Inside Maxwell Alley) 15-20 hours per week, starting $16 an hour plus tips. As Barista, you will be the front line of product and service excellence that we aim to provide. You will greet customers, take orders, and prepare and serve drinks. You will also maintain a clean and well-stocked workspace and dining area, update displays, and continuously expand your knowledge of beverage quality controls, preparation methods, and presentation. At Powerhouse, you will also work closely with the Market Manager to ensure the market is well stocked and orders are received in a timely fashion. Our Baristas are expected to be positive, friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about all things coffee.
