In this position, you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining inventory. You will also be expected to oversee financial transactions, and handle customer complaints. Duties & Responsibilities - Manage the day-to-day operations of the salon. - Ensure that the salon is clean organized, and well-maintained. - Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones. - Manage the salon's inventory hair, wig units, supplies, and products. - Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that arise. - Train new staff members as necessary and provide ongoing training and development. - Monitor and manage the salon's finances, including budgeting & bookkeeping. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new products and services. - Ensure that the salon complies with all health and safety regulations. Minimum Requirements - High School Diploma - At least 2 years of Management Experience in the retail industry or prior salon management experience
