The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, including coffees and smoothies, in a high-paced yet customer-oriented environment. Day-to-day tasks include taking customer orders, operating coffee machines, handling payments, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and ensuring a positive experience for all patrons. Collaboration with team members and attention to detail are essential for success in this role. Qualifications include: • Proficiency in Barista techniques and Food Preparation, • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities, • Effective Communication skills to interact with customers and team members, • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently, • Attention to cleanliness and adherence to food safety standards, • Prior experience in a coffee shop or foodservice setting is a plus, • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required
