Key Responsibilities: • Crafting Exceptional Coffee: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, from classic espresso shots to intricate latte art, ensuring every cup meets our high-quality standards., • Customer Engagement: Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor, take orders, and provide detailed information about our coffee offerings. Engage in conversations to understand customer preferences and offer personalized recommendations., • Efficiency: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhere to brewing and serving protocols, and ensure that all orders are prepared accurately and efficiently., • Quality Assurance: Consistently monitor the quality of coffee beans, ensure proper equipment maintenance, and report any issues promptly to maintain the integrity of our coffee offerings., • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest coffee trends, brewing techniques, and our product offerings.
