Job Description Job Description • Ensures compliance with the Kalispel Tribe of Indians- State of Washington Gaming Compact, Internal Controls, NIGC Regulations and KTEA Franchise Operations Policies and Procedures., • Develops enthusiastically satisfied guests all of the time., • Welcomes and connects with every guest., • Discover guest needs and appropriately suggests product to enhance service and meet sales goals., • Offers guests demonstrations and samples using brewing equipment., • Responds to guests needs and says thank you to every guest., • Provides quality beverages consistently for all guests., • Prepares beverages to standards., • Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products and areas., • Maintains quality store operations, • Follows store policy and procedures for operational flow at each station., • Follows standards for merchandising, stocking, rotating and storing products., • Performs cleaning tasks in accordance with the duty rosters and cleaning standards., • Presents oneself professionally and demonstrates clear communication with guests and team members., • Contributes to store profitability, • Follows store policy and procedures for operational flow at each station., • Follows inventory stocking and recording guidelines., • Contributes to store goals for increasing sales and improving profits., • Correctly perform all necessary paperwork and bookwork at shifts end., • Available and willing to work any changes in hours deemed necessary for Business Levels., • Responsible for maintaining a consistent, regular good attendance record., • May be required to be a panelist for the Internal Review Hearings., • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)., • Three months related experience and/or training helpful; or equivalent combination of education and experience., • Experience working as a barista preferred., • Ability to obtain and maintain a Kalispel Tribal Work Permit., • Valid health card., • Hepatitis A vaccination., • Mandatory Alcohol Server Training (MAST) certification, • Payment Card Industry Training. Work Environment While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to tobacco smoke, moving mechanical parts and fumes or airborne particles. The worker is frequently subject to inside environmental conditions, which provide protection from weather conditions, but not necessarily from temperature changes, and is occasionally subject to outside environmental conditions and to wet and/or humid conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
