Core Duties • Operations & QSC Management: Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure strict adherence to company standards for Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC)., • Sales & Profitability: Actively participate in sales activities to increase revenue and implement cost-control measures to improve store profitability., • Staff Training: Mentor and train new employees, ensuring they follow standard operating procedures., • Administrative Tasks: Manage store paperwork, including inventory ordering, weekly cleaning schedules, and employee scheduling., • Regulatory Compliance: Assist the store in passing health inspections and ensuring all food safety protocols are met., • Point of Sale (POS): Efficiently operate POS systems (such as Clover) for order processing and accurate cash handling.
