Bartender - FreshAsHell360 - Newark

⚠️ READ THE ENTIRE POST BEFORE APPLYING. THIS POSITION IS NOT FOR EVERYONE. ⚠️ We are looking for a soft-spoken, extremely helpful, thick-skinned Personal Assistant who genuinely enjoys making someone else’s life and business easier. This is NOT the position for someone who gets offended easily, argues over every instruction, or needs everything sugarcoated. We want someone who is naturally a PEOPLE PLEASER — accommodating, attentive, coachable, and willing to go the extra mile. 💰 PAY: $18–$20 PER HOUR YOU MAY BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU ARE: • Soft-spoken, calm, and pleasant, • Naturally a people pleaser, • Extremely helpful and attentive, • Thick-skinned and emotionally composed, • Highly coachable, • Comfortable receiving blunt/direct feedback, • Able to follow instructions without turning everything into a debate, • Reliable and punctual, • Organized and detail-oriented, • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment, • Willing to jump in and help wherever needed 🔥 WHAT YOU’LL BE HELPING WITH: The company sells fragrance oils, body butters, incense, and exotic flavored lemonade at festivals, expos, conventions, vendor events, and other high-traffic locations. Your responsibilities may include researching major events and vending opportunities, helping with social-media promotion on TikTok and Instagram, assisting with event preparation, running errands, organizing business activities, communicating with customers and vendors, and handling miscellaneous personal-assistant duties. ⚠️ IMPORTANT: You need THICK SKIN. Feedback may be straightforward and expectations may be high. We need someone who can hear, “No, that’s not what I asked for—fix it,” make the adjustment, and keep moving without allowing it to ruin their day. At the same time, professionalism and mutual respect are expected. If you’re naturally supportive, enjoy helping people succeed, can take direction, and like being the dependable person behind the scenes, APPLY. 📩 WHEN APPLYING: Tell us about yourself, your availability, why you’re a good fit, and whether you consider yourself a people pleaser. Generic one-line applications will be ignored.
