We are now seeking a charismatic Rooftop Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our glamorous rooftop venue, you will be responsible for creating exceptional cocktail experiences for our guests while also supporting the service of brunch and full course meals. No experience is needed to apply. Must be 18 and over to become a potential qualified candidate. 6 positions need to be filled immediately. We will train. Key Responsibilities: • Craft and serve a diverse range of classic and signature cocktails with precision and flair., • Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and ensuring a memorable experience., • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, adhering to all health and safety standards., • Process orders accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system., • Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service., • Handle cash and card transactions responsibly. Qualifications: • Proven experience as a bartender, preferably in a high-volume or upscale environment., • Extensive knowledge of spirits, mixology, and classic cocktail recipes., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills., • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously., • Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
