Position Summary The Coffee Roaster successfully manages all coffee program operations and is responsible for creating, preparing, and roasting coffee beans. Overview of Responsibilities ● Roast coffee within the determined specifications and maintain inventory levels ● Analyze roast profiles with appropriate team members ● Collaborate with internal departments on creative coffee offerings ● Maintain standards for product specifications, blends, recipes, and acceptable quality specifications ● Fulfill internal orders and manage shipping to other locations ● Sample, select, and purchase green coffee ● Set up coffee events with the team and testers for sensory evaluations regarding all offerings ● Maintain and clean roasting equipment.
