We are a growing logistics and transportation company seeking a reliable and motivated Truck Dispatcher who is fluent in both English and Spanish to join our team.
📍 Location: Flexible – Western region preferred
⏰ Schedule: Time negotiable
💵 Salary: 15-25/h (Competitive pay based on experience)
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and dispatch drivers for local and regional routes
- Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking drivers
- Monitor routes, address delays, and coordinate with customers
- Keep accurate logs and documentation
Requirements:
- Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal & written)
- Prior dispatch or trucking/logistics experience preferred
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Basic computer skills (dispatch software, Excel, etc.)
