Looking for Hosts/Sales assistant/Servers • Greeting: Welcome guests with a smile and portay a positive, professional attitude., • Seating: Manage the reservation book and balance seating across server sections., • Customer Service: Anticipate guest needs and answer questions about the venue., • Preparation: Set up the front desk, organize menus, and complete opening or closing duties, • Provide premium service by welcoming guests with the brand's signature high-energy hospitality., • Engage and build relationships with international tourists and VIP clientele., • Demonstrate deep product knowledge regarding exclusive merchandise, apparel, art, and collaboration pieces., • Upsell and cross-sell items to maximize daily and weekly store sales targets., • Inbound & Outbound Booking: Secure contracts for corporate banquets, high-profile media dinners, and large group reservations., • Event Production Coordination: Collaborate closely with the Floor Manager and culinary team to curate custom menus featuring Nobu's iconic Japanese-Peruvian cuisine., • Client Management: Guide prospective clients through venue site visits of the landmark dynamic venue spaces. Our Scoopers are the ultimate Van Leeuwen ambassadors, bringing our high standards and hospitality to life in every guest interaction. We're looking for self-starters who thrive independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. The ideal candidate brings positive energy, strong people skills and a genuine passion for ice cream! Part Time Scoopers at Van Leeuwen's scoop shops make $17.00 per hour + an average of an additional $7 per hour in tips! Tips are based on averages and subject to seasonal fluctuation.Our team members must have availability to work at least three shifts per week and be available to work past 12am.
