The ideal candidate will be hands-on with repairs, maintenance, and daily building operations. Responsibilities: - Handle all types of repairs , including plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance. and plaster and paint. - Oversee and manage building cleanliness and ensure garbage removal is done properly. - Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance of building systems. - Respond promptly to tenant maintenance requests and emergencies. - Supervise any outside contractors or vendors working on the property. - Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations. - Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance work. Qualifications: - Prior experience as a Superintendent or similar building maintenance role, ideally in a large multifamily property . - Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems . - Ability to work independently and handle emergencies efficiently. - Must be hands-on, reliable, and detail-oriented . must speak English - Excellent communication skills and ability to interact professionally with tenants. - Legally authorized to work in the U.S. - Competitive pay based on experience. - Opportunity to work in a high-end, well-maintained building.
