Looking for a Prep Cook to work in a growing Restaurant. Looking for experienced prep/line cooks with open availability who are ready for an almost immediate start. Must be a team player who is eager to support the team and the restaurant. Must have some on call availability in the event that we have last minute catering orders and need the extra support. food handlers license is not a must but certainly helps. • Over 2 years of hands-on experience as a cook or Prep-cook in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant environment., • Proficient in knife handling and food preparation techniques, including portioning, marinating, and pre-cooking proteins like salmon and lamb., • Skilled in operating commercial kitchen equipment such as deep fryers, flat tops, and stovetops., • Familiar with maintaining kitchen cleanliness and adhering to health standards., • Open Availability, • Understand that Fridays & Saturdays are very busy and late nights (shifts ending around 2-3am at times)
