Catering Chef / Commissary Kitchen Corporate Catering Production – Creative Chef Wanted We are seeking a talented and organized Chef / Cook to take ownership of all catering production in our commissary kitchen. This role is ideal for a chef who takes pride in presentation, organization, and producing consistent, high-quality food for events and office catering. Responsibilities • Prepare and execute a wide range of corporate catering platters and boxes, • Cook and prepare proteins including steak, chicken, and seasonal vegetables, • Produce visually appealing crudité platters, mezze boards, fruit displays, and charcuterie boards, • Prepare assorted salads, sandwiches, and composed catering trays, • Create beautifully arranged platters and catering boxes suitable for corporate clients and events, • Maintain high standards of food quality, freshness, and presentation, • Manage production schedules and prep in the commissary kitchen, • Maintain clean and organized workspaces while following food safety standards Ideal Candidate • Experience in catering, commissary kitchens, restaurants, or private chef work, • Strong knife skills and ability to work with proteins, vegetables, and fresh ingredients, • Skilled in food presentation and platter design, • Organized and able to manage prep timelines and catering orders, • Passion for producing visually impressive food displays, • Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented
