Time management: Working quickly and efficiently to meet order deadlines in a high-volume environment. Communication: Communicating effectively with other kitchen staff, including the chef and expeditor, to coordinate orders and ensure smooth service. Food safety: Adhering to food safety guidelines and sanitation procedures. Inventory control: Monitoring and managing inventory of ingredients at their station. Cleaning and organization: Maintaining a clean and organized workstation.
