About the Role
Clean Team Florida is expanding our trusted team of Elite Cleaning Professionals who care about precision, presentation, and professionalism.
We’re looking for experienced, reliable cleaners who take pride in their craft and appreciate a supportive, well-organized company that values integrity and excellence.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain and refresh client spaces to the highest luxury standards
- Clean, sanitize, and detail a variety of settings — homes, offices, and rental properties
- Handle delicate surfaces, fine materials, and designer finishes with care
- Restock items, organize spaces, and ensure areas are guest-ready
- Assist on specialty projects such as deep cleans and move-in/move-outs
- Uphold strict confidentiality and represent Clean Team Florida with professionalism
Who we are looking to join our Family
- Minimum 5 years of professional cleaning experience preferred
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability
- Able to work independently and follow clear direction
- Comfortable traveling to multiple job sites around South Florida
- Friendly, trustworthy, and respectful in client spaces
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and stay on feet for long periods
