Only qualified candidates should apply for this position. This position pays between $23.00 - $28.00 an hour. Requirements: Reliable Must have your own cleaning supplies Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. Whether the job is Residential, commercial, office or post construction you are required to complete all basic standard and/ or deep cleanings in and around homes, facilities and office buildings. Fulfilling all obligations based on the package each client has selected Willingness to maintain confidentiality Willing to be a team player, when conducting cleanings in larger settings Responding immediately to customer complaints or inquires and report to supervisor. Notifying clients of any accidents or problems while rendering services. Sweeping, mopping, dusting, washing floors, toilets, showers, tubs, garages, windows, blinds, ceiling fans, walls, doors, counters and baseboards. Vacuuming carpets, and upholstery and any other dusty surfaces. Cleaning all surfaces in bathroom and kitchen, washing dishes, cleaning inside of fridge, cleaning stove, cleaning inside cabinets. Making bed, and fluffing pillows Organizing all desired by clients Scrubbing, disinfecting and sanitizing all relevant surfaces Restocking all supplies Emptying trash bins Qualifications: Must have 1+ years of professional paid cleaning experience Professional and personal references Excellent Verbal Communication Outstanding customer service Advanced knowledge of cleaning products, services, implementations, and practices Must have a reliable form of transportation, Must be willing to travel. Has or willing to purchase necessary cleaning supplies to fulfill all job services.

We are looking to hire an attentive cleaner to join our team. In this position, you will be required to dust surfaces, vacuum and mop floors, and clean windows. The cleaner should also be able to remove stains from various surfaces. To be successful as a cleaner, you should be able to complete assigned tasks within the stipulated period. Ultimately, a top-performing cleaner should be physically fit and able to perform with minimal supervision. Cleaner Responsibilities: Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors of various types. Dusting ceilings, light fittings, countertops, and loose furniture. Scrubbing and sanitizing toilets, sinks, and kitchen fixtures. Emptying trash cans. Washing and drying windows. Liaising with the line manager to ensure that you have sufficient cleaning products at all times. Reporting any breakages that occur during the cleaning process. Informing the line manager of repairs that need to be done. Cleaner Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent is advantageous. Proven experience in a similar role. Able to use a variety of cleaning products and equipment. Able to stand for extended periods of time. Excellent organizational skills. Able to complete tasks on time with minimal supervision. Available to work mornings and evenings, plus weekends, as needed.

We’re looking for someone to come in every night from 8 to 10:30 to make sure store is clean organised and ready to start a fresh day next morning..

Perform daily housekeeping services by coordinating with the Clean floors to include sweeping, dusting, damp/wet mopping, stripping, waxing, buffing, disinfecting, etc. Follow established safety precautions when performing tasks and when using equipment and supplies, especially in medical areas Ensure that work/cleaning schedules are followed as closely as practical Report all accidents/incidents to your supervisor, no matter how minor they may be Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications Must be able to understand and follow written and oral work instructions provided in English Ability to use industrial cleaning equipment and products Must be work amicably with other personnel, maintaining a warm and friendly demeanor with coworkers and members Must maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which includes wearing the assigned uniform and name tag Must also be able to work the front desk when needed
