We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in all areas of our maintained facilities. This role is crucial in ensuring a clean, safe, and pleasant environment for our clients, tenants' and their visitors. Key Responsibilities: - Clean and sanitize restrooms, offices, break rooms, and other common areas. - Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors. - Dust and polish furniture and fixtures. - Empty trash and recycling bins, and replace liners as needed. - Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces. - Replenish supplies in restrooms and common areas. - Report any necessary repairs or replacements to management. - Follow all health and safety regulations. - Use cleaning equipment and chemicals in a safe and effective manner. - Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications: - Previous cleaning experience preferred but not required. - Valid Driver's License - Ability to handle cleaning equipment and tools. - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. - Good physical condition and stamina. - Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. - Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe handling procedures. Work Environment: - This position requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods. - Exposure to cleaning chemicals. - May involve working early mornings, late evenings, or weekends, depending on the facility’s needs.
