Position: Cook / Food Service Manager


Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM


✅ No Evenings
✅ No Weekends
✅ Some Holidays Required


Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience in a: Skilled Nursing Facility (Nursing Home), or Adult Medical Day Care Center. (This is a State Regulation requirement and non negotiable)
Experience with food preparation, meal service, and kitchen operations
ServSafe Managerial Certificate
Knowledge of sanitation and food safety regulations
Strong leadership and organizational skills


Benefits:
45,000 annually (base)
Double-Time Holiday Pay after successful completion of the probationary period
Sick Time, Vacation Time, and Personal Time begin accruing after the probationary period
Consistent weekday schedule


Responsibilities:
Prepare and oversee nutritious meals according to approved menus and dietary requirements
Supervise kitchen staff and daily food service operations
Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation standards
Manage food inventory, ordering, and kitchen organization
Maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, and customer service
