Key Responsibilities: • Operate dishwashing equipment efficiently and safely., • Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans., • Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area, including floors, walls, and storage racks., • Assist with general kitchen cleaning tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, and waste disposal., • Support kitchen staff by putting away clean dishes and equipment., • Monitor detergent and sanitizer levels and replenish as needed., • Adhere to all health and safety regulations. This year, we are entering our next phase of growth and have been selected by Smorgasburg to be a food vendor. We're looking for dependable, detail-oriented kitchen crew members who care about quality, consistency, and moving with purpose. We currently operate out of a shared kitchen space and we're not a restaurant.
