Manage the internal and external communications of Clean Ready Miami - Doral comprehensively, lead the sales and customer service team, acquire new business opportunities, retain existing clients, and ensure the brand image is professionally and emotionally connected with the target market.

Key Responsibilities
. Sales and Business Strategy
• Acquire high-level corporate and residential clients.
• Prepare customized proposals and conduct post-sales follow-ups.
• Implement promotional campaigns and monitor monthly goals (sales, conversion, retention).
• Actively participate in strategic events and networking opportunities.
. Client Communication
• Handle direct communication with VIP clients.
• Manage requests, service changes, and post-service follow-ups.
• Resolve complaints with a focus on customer experience.
. Commercial Team Leadership
• Coordinate promoters, sales agents, and virtual assistants.
• Train on sales techniques and CRM usage.
• Supervise the fulfilment of daily and weekly targets.
. Institutional Communication
• Manage social media and coordinate the brand image.
• Draft content for campaigns, emails, and presentations.
• Coordinate with the design team or external agencies.

Technical Skills
• Bilingual (English and Spanish).
