Counter Crew
Counter Crew is the face of Brooklyn DOP. You’ll take orders, operate the POS, serve slices, organize pickup and delivery orders, keep the counter clean and stocked, and communicate with the pizza team during busy service.
We’re looking for people who are fast, accurate, organized, and genuinely good with guests. Hospitality at DOP is relaxed and real — no scripts, no fake smiles.
As you develop, our tier system gives you the opportunity to progress from Counter Crew → Core Crew → Lead Counter → FOH Supervisor, with increased pay and responsibility as your skills and leadership grow.
