Duties Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their orders. Prepare food items according to established recipes and food safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including dining spaces and kitchen equipment. Assist with inventory management, including stocking supplies and monitoring product freshness. Engage with customers to promote menu items and upsell additional products. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for both employees and customers. Requirements Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience in sales or upselling techniques is advantageous. Familiarity with retail math concepts can be beneficial for managing transactions accurately. Must be a team player who can adapt to various roles within the café or restaurant setting.
