Job Title: Bus Customer Service & Boarding Agent
We are seeking an energetic, reliable, and customer-focused Bus Agent to assist customers traveling to and from our sightseeing boat. The ideal candidate must be confident speaking loudly and clearly to groups, comfortable working in a fast-paced outdoor environment, and skilled in customer service, sales, and conflict de-escalation.
Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Check tickets and explain the bus and boat route.
• Organize customers and board them onto the correct bus.
• Accurately count and record all passengers boarding the bus.
• Clearly communicate instructions so large groups can hear and understand.
• Answer customer questions professionally and confidently.
• Help promote and sell tour tickets when needed.
• Calm frustrated customers and resolve conflicts respectfully.
• Coordinate with bus drivers, ticket agents, and other team members.
• Keep the boarding area organized and ensure buses depart efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Energetic, outgoing, confident, and approachable.
• Comfortable speaking loudly and directing large groups.
• Sales experience or a natural ability to engage customers.
• Strong conflict-resolution and de-escalation skills.
• Able to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Reliable, punctual, attentive, and good with numbers.
• Able to stand and work outdoors for extended periods.
• Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
• Previous tourism, transportation, hospitality, sales, or customer service experience is preferred.

Schedule and Pay:

• Up to 40 hours per week
• Flexible availability required, including weekends and holidays
• Pay: $17
• Approximately $700 per week when working 40 hours
• Overtime will be paid in accordance with applicable law
