Serves as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing information, support, and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person
Resolve complaints or direct to the right department
Record and update customer interactions in the system
Maintain a professional and friendly attitude
Follow company procedures and service standards
Hiring Process:
Communication skills assessment (verbal & written)
Role-play scenarios (handling complaints, FAQs)
Typing speed and computer literacy check
