Job Description Are you an experienced dental professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for patient care? Our established, privately owned, general dental practice in the heart of Phoenix, Arizona, is seeking a Dental Office Manager to join and lead our team. As our Office Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our practice. This leadership position requires someone who is highly organized, team-oriented, and patient-focused. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front and back office, managing staff, maintaining schedules, supporting clinical and administrative goals, and ensuring an exceptional experience for every patient. Qualifications: • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the dental field, with 3 years of experience in a management or leadership role, • In-depth knowledge of dental office operations, including scheduling, insurance billing, collections, compliance, and customer service, • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, • Experience with Dentrix, • Proficient in spreadsheet and word processing software such as Microsoft Word and Excel or Google Docs and Sheets., • A positive, solutions-focused attitude with the ability to motivate and mentor a team, • Fluent in Spanish (desired, but not required) Key Responsibilities: • Manage the daily operations of the dental practice to ensure that quality dental care is delivered and that every patient encounter is a positive experience, • Manage and train front office and clinical staff, • Coordinate patient scheduling to maximize productivity and patient satisfaction, • Handle billing, insurance processing, and accounts receivable, • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and practice policies, • Monitor inventory and manage supply ordering, • Regularly monitor and analyze all key performance areas of the office including staffing, schedules, collections, outside & internal referrals, and doctor productivity, • Support the dentist in driving business goals and maintaining a high standard of patient care What We Offer: • Competitive salary, commensurate with experience, • Paid time off, • Paid holidays, • Health insurance, • 401(k) retirement plan with employer match, • Opportunities for professional development and continuing education, • A friendly and supportive team environment, • The opportunity to work with a respected doctor and dedicated staff How to Apply: If you meet the qualifications and are looking to grow your career in a collaborative and caring dental environment, we want to hear from you!
