This is an on-site position, Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. You will have your own desk with double monitors. The team consists of two agents and a manager, fostering a small, collaborative environment. The pace is fast and high-volume, with a hands-on manager providing training and handling complex tickets. Performance is tracked via app metrics.
