Collect the prescribed fares and notify paratransit dispatch of any refusal to pay or any other type of issues, fare evasion, or fraud. 6. Providing information to passengers. 7. Welcome and help passengers. 8. Effectively communicate with passengers especially in case of service disruptions. 9. Perform pre and post trip inspections 10. Report to the paratransit any problems that may disrupt scheduled service or cause you to fall behind schedule. 11. Report immediately to dispatch any vehicular accident or passenger incident and follow the incident and accident reporting procedures. 12. Performs all other duties as assigned. You Must Have: License: CDL A, B, or C Endorsement: Passenger Clean Driving Record: Three (3) Years Age Minimum: 21 Must pass a pre employment drug test Knowledge of Five (5) Boroughs, Bridges, Expressways, Highways, Preferred.
