What We're Looking For● 0–2 years of professional experience (internships count!) and a strong desire to grow and learn in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.● Recent graduate or early-career professional with an interest in media, advertising, data, and client relationship management.● Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight timelines.● Analytical thinker and creative problem solver who enjoys working with data to uncover insights and drive results.● Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal, with a collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skills.● Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, or others) to enhance efficiency, analysis, and creative output in daily work.● Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets, including pivot tables, formulas, and data formatting.● Bonus points for technical curiosity, such as basic knowledge of SQL, VBA, or Macros — but not required.● Passionate about delivering best-in-class client experiences, with genuine curiosity about advertising, TV, and streaming, and a drive to continuously learn and grow within the industry.
