THE ROLE: Your path to Digital Leadership and Content Creator.
As a Digital Broadcaster/Content Creator, you will be trained to establish, manage, and scale a content presence across key platforms (Livestream, VOD, Podcast). Success is measured entirely by your ability to create highly engaging content that grows an audience and maximizes fan support and virtual currency conversions. We are committed to fostering top talent, entrepreneurs,business and brands.We thrive on measurable results and autonomous performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Audience Engagement: Host scheduled live streams, record engaging virtual broadcast episodes, and produce strategic short-form content daily.
Monetization Mastery: Execute data-driven strategies to convert audience engagement into tangible revenue (virtual currency, subscriptions, affiliate support).
Strategy & Analytics: Analyze performance metrics (CTR, retention, conversion rates) to continuously refine content for maximum financial return.
Bootcamp Commitment: Successfully complete the mandatory 30-day Content Creator Bootcamp, absorbing advanced strategies in monetization and audience engagement.
COMPENSATION: Performance-Driven, Uncapped Earning Potential
This is a 100% Commission-Based position. Your total earnings are directly tied to the support you garner, the virtual currency you generate, and the commercial metrics you drive on the platform we assign you. Your success is our only cap. This structure is designed to reward performers exponentially. We also offer a Broadcaster Referral program so you can also get compensated for the talent you bring in to the agency.
