We are seeking an outgoing and reliable Door-to-Door Customer Service Representative to engage with residents, provide information about our services, and deliver a positive customer experience. This role focuses on communication, relationship-building, and service education rather than hard selling.
Key Responsibilities
Visit assigned neighborhoods to speak with residents in a professional and respectful manner
Explain company services, programs, or updates clearly and accurately
Answer customer questions and address basic concerns
Collect customer feedback and relay information to the team
Distribute flyers, brochures, or service information as needed
Maintain accurate records of daily interactions and visits
Represent the company positively and professionally at all times
Follow company guidelines, safety protocols, and local regulations
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Comfortable walking and standing for extended periods
