Receive, stock, and rotate incoming and outgoing inventory. Participate in formal and informal training. Demonstrate knowledge of sanitation practices. Exhibit the professional behavior of a reliable employee. Perform preparation duties for the next day. Maintain a neat, clean and safe work environment. Participate in special events for club members and community. Oversee daily club member cafeteria sign-in and handwashing practices. Perform dishwashing duties of cooking, serving and eating utensils tools. Required Skills/Knowledge for the After School Youth Program Food Service Assistant (006) Position: High school diploma or equivalent is required. General knowledge of the use or care of food preparation equipment. Ability to promote healthy eating in a creative manner. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with associates and club members.
