The programmer must ensure that the machine operates efficiently and produces high-quality parts while adhering to safety guidelines and production schedules. Set up and operate CNC punch machines and load programs and adjusted tooling as needed to ensure efficient and accurate production. Verify the accuracy of the CNC punch programs and adjust as necessary to meet quality and production requirements. Troubleshoot CNC punch machine errors and make necessary adjustments to maintain efficiency and quality. Ensure all work is performed according to safety guidelines and production schedules.
