Position Overview The Supervisor plays a dual role: a fully engaged team member and a reliable leader. You will actively participate in all day-to-day café operations while serving as the point person during GM absences. This role requires strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, and a proactive mindset to anticipate needs and solve problems in real time. Job Summary We are a well-established Chinese restaurant located in Manhattan seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent guest service, and manage staff efficiently. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, experience in full-service dining, and familiarity with Chinese cuisine and culture.
