Tasks / Responsibilities: • Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain regular work attendance., • Complete jobs needed daily, sequencing work to ensure the efficiency of the machine center according to the production schedule., • Perform quality checks to ensure rejects are minimized., • Perform rework as needed to resolve design/production issues., • Must have basic proficiency in the English language to comply with verbal and written directions, signs, policies, and procedures., • High school diploma or equivalent., • Proficient in reading blueprints., • 2-5 years of manual machining experience., • 2-5 years of CNC Operating experience (Mill/Lathe) preferred., • Experience in Mastercam for Milling is a plus., • Experience in Haas - G Code is a plus, • Strong desire to learn on the job., • Strong organizational, planning, and analytical skills., • Deadline-driven and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment., • Reliable, good work ethic, and high integrity.
