At Action Black, the front desk is the heartbeat of the studio and the first point of connection for every member. We are looking for a charismatic, detail-oriented individual who can create a welcoming, high-energy environment while keeping operations running smoothly. In this role, you will be responsible for managing check-ins, guiding members through the flow of the studio, and ensuring everyone is in the right place at the right time for class. You will confidently speak about memberships and packages, support sales, and represent the Action Black experience with professionalism and enthusiasm. This position also requires strong organizational and computer skills, as you will be handling class bookings, coordinating with coaches and cleaning staff, and maintaining a clean, organized front desk and studio space. A basic understanding of fitness is important so you can support members and answer questions with confidence. We’re looking for someone who is personable, proactive, and able to stay composed in a fast-paced environment, while contributing to a positive team culture and elevating the overall member experience.
