
We are looking for an experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a head chef or similar leadership role and be passionate about delivering high-quality food and exceptional kitchen operations.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily kitchen operations and supervise kitchen staff.
Plan and prepare high-quality menu items.
Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation standards.
Manage inventory and order kitchen supplies.
Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
Train and mentor kitchen staff.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Availability to work full-time, including weekends and holidays as needed.
