Responsibilities
Perform laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and ironing garments and linens with precision
Ensure all items are handled carefully to prevent damage or stains
Maintain cleanliness of laundry areas, including sorting supplies and equipment sanitation
Operate laundry machinery safely and efficiently, following all safety protocols
Assist with dry cleaning processes when necessary, ensuring proper handling of delicate fabrics
Organize laundry items for delivery or storage in an orderly manner
Follow specific instructions for special cleaning requests or delicate items as required
Experience
Prior experience in laundry services, dry cleaning, or hotel housekeeping is highly desirable
Knowledge of laundry equipment operation and maintenance
Familiarity with cleaning techniques and best practices for different fabrics
Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience working in hospitality or hotel environments is a plus
