- **Reservation Management:** Take phone calls, manage the digital reservation book, log special requests, and handle walk-ins or waitlists efficiently.
- **Fast-Paced Coordination:** Coordinate with server assistants, managers, and servers to ensure seamless table turnovers in a high-volume, premium setting.
- **Customer Consultations:**Greet incoming clients, identify their product needs, provide accurate technical specifications, and close sales.
- **Point of Sale (POS) & Cash Handling:** Process payments, process product returns, handle exchanges, and issue receipts correctly.
- **Inventory Control:** Restock retail shelves, organize stock rooms, tag merchandise, and take physical inventory counts.
- **Visual Merchandising:** Maintain the cleanliness of display tables, dress mannequins, and arrange promotional materials according to corporate standards.
- **Administrative Support:** Answer customer service lines, log incoming shipments, and follow up with clients regarding order arrivals.
