Position Overview: As a Host, you will be responsible for creating a fun and engaging first impression for every guest. You’ll set the tone for a swashbuckling experience while managing reservations, coordinating with servers, and maintaining smooth seating flow during busy hours. Pirate-themed attire and a love for hospitality are essential for this role! Key Responsibilities: - Greet guests with enthusiasm and pirate charm, ensuring they feel welcome from the moment they walk in. - Coordinate seating with servers and ensure tables are efficiently managed. - Answer phones to assist with reservations, inquiries, and take-out orders. - Promote and inform guests about upcoming events, themed nights, and specials. - Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the host station and entryway. - Occasionally assist with special events or themed activities, staying in character as part of the pirate crew! Qualifications: -Experience not required - Excellent communication and customer service skills. - A friendly and outgoing personality with a flair for engaging guests. - Willingness to dress in pirate-themed attire (provided). - Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy shifts. - Team-oriented attitude with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
