We're a small and growing HVAC company looking for an experienced (with +3 yrs) and dedicated Air Conditioning Technician to join our team or for a one off project. The ideal candidate has a strong background in HVAC systems, with the ability to install, maintain, and repair air conditioning units. Technician should take pride in work and work both independently and as a leader.

Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems and related equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections and diagnostics on HVAC units to ensure proper functionality.
- Troubleshoot issues related to refrigerant levels, electrical components, and mechanical parts.
- Perform equipment repairs and replacements as needed, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Provide exceptional service to our clients while adhering to safety standards and regulations.
- Provide field service support by responding promptly to service calls and customer inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of service performed, parts used, and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
- Follow safety protocols while working with refrigerants and electrical systems.

- Proficient in air conditioning installation, maintenance, and repair techniques.
- Strong knowledge of equipment repair processes related to HVAC systems.
