We are looking for an experienced HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of hands-on HVAC experience and be skilled in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial and/or residential heating and cooling systems. This role requires strong troubleshooting abilities, professionalism, and the ability to work independently in the field.
Responsibilities
Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues (cooling and heating)
Repair and service HVAC equipment including:
Rooftop units (RTU)
Mini Split systems
Package units
Heat Pumps
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups
Replace parts such as:
Motors, belts, contactors, capacitors, sensors, relays, boards
Check refrigerant pressures, superheat/subcooling, and system performance
Perform startup and shutdown procedures safely and correctly
Complete service reports and communicate job updates to management/customer
Maintain clean, organized work practices and protect customer property
Follow safety standards, company policies, and jobsite rules at all times
Requirements
✅ Minimum 5 years HVAC Technician experience (Required)
Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical HVAC problems
Strong knowledge of refrigerant systems and controls
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Valid driver’s license (clean driving record preferred)
Must have own hand tools (company may provide specialty tools)
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work on rooftops
