Plaintiff's Law Firm seeking an Intake Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, gathering essential information and ensuring a smooth intake process. This position involves interacting with the firm's new clients over the phone, in person, and over email. Ideal candidate will be personable and professional. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a high volume of calls. Must be computer literate and able to prioritize competing demands.
Fluency in Spanish preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the initial contact for potential clients via phone and email.
- Collect and document relevant information from clients regarding their cases.
- Assess client needs and determine eligibility for legal services.
- Schedule appointments for consultations with attorneys.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and case details.
- Provide administrative support to the legal team as needed.
- Ensure compliance with firm policies and procedures during the intake process.
