Provides orientation, coaching, training and development. Takes corrective action when necessary., • Utilizes corporate services resources such as Human Resources, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Information Services, Marketing, etc., as appropriate., • Ensures appropriate staffing and resources to support department/agency services.
