Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sushi Chef at SPICE Atlanta, located in Atlanta, GA. The Sushi Chef will be responsible for preparing high-quality sushi dishes, maintaining food safety and hygiene standards, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience. Additional responsibilities include selecting high-quality seafood, managing kitchen inventory, and collaborating with other team members to execute and innovate on the menu. Qualifications • Proven skills in Food Preparation and maintaining high food safety and Hygiene standards, • Expertise in Sushi and other Culinary Skills, with attention to detail in presentation, • Proficiency in Cooking and working with fresh Seafood, • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, • Strong understanding of flavor profiles and ingredient pairing, • Formal culinary training or equivalent on-the-job experience in sushi or Japanese cuisine, • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
