Prep Cook Key Responsibilities: Wash, cut, portion, and label vegetables, meats, and aromatics. Prepare daily batches of sauces, broths, and marinades following San Wei SOPs. Assist with dumpling and noodle prep (portioning fillings, dough setup, etc.). Maintain cleanliness of prep area; follow all food safety and sanitation rules. Organize walk-in and dry storage; ensure FIFO rotation. Support kitchen team by keeping ingredients stocked and ready for service. Prep Cook Qualifications: Basic knife skills and ability to follow recipes accurately. Able to lift 30–40 lbs and stand for long periods. Prior experience preferred but not required; training provided. Cook Key Responsibilities: Cook noodles, dumplings, and entrées according to San Wei recipes and plating standards. Operate woks, noodle boilers, steamers, fryers, and other equipment safely. Maintain clean and organized station throughout service. Communicate with expo and kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow. Monitor food quality, portion control, and ticket times. Assist with daily opening/closing duties and restocking. Cook Qualifications: Fast-casual or Asian kitchen experience preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and consistency. Food safety knowledge; training provided.

Looking for a full time line cook: • Must have US work authorization, • Must be fluent in English, • Must have or be able to get a Food Protection Certificate

Duties • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications., • Butcher and prepare meats, including chicken and steak, ensuring proper portioning, trimming, and storage., • Ensure all food is prepared in a safe and sanitary manner, adhering to food safety regulations., • Assist in meal preparation for special events or catering services as needed., • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and high-quality presentation of all meals., • Operate large cooking equipment such as grills and deep fryers; must be capable of using knives and slicing equipment with proper PPE., • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen, including food prep areas, cooking stations, and equipment. Perform general cleaning duties and assist with dishwashing as needed., • Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist with ordering as necessary., • Participate in menu planning and development, providing input on seasonal offerings and specials. Qualifications • Proven experience as a Cook in a restaurant or fine dining setting is preferred., • Strong knowledge of food handling, preparation, and butchering techniques., • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail., • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment., • A passion for cooking and creativity in meal presentation., • Familiarity with dietary restrictions and the ability to accommodate special requests is a plus., • ServSafe Manager Certification Is Not Mandatory

Our menu and concept will be evolving to incorporate Cambodian / South East Asian notes that highlight a different route of cuisine and culture. Think Cambodian Izakaya! Requirements: • Minimum of 2 Years Experience as a Line Cook, • Basic English written and verbal communication skills, • Organizational skills, • Accuracy and speed in executing tasks, • Ability to work as a team member, • Follows directions and instructions, • Must be able to cook protein including seafood and meats, • Must be able to work grill station, • Must have basic knife skills, • Must provide professional references upon request
